Sellers, although it’s still a little smoky, the San Diego fires will have a minimal effect on general sales because our county is so large, and in relative terms, such a small portion of our residential real estate was destroyed. Expect the number of buyers to decline as financial decisions are deterred by holiday purchases and travel.
