We noticed a mild bump in June with more inventory, but because of the state of the housing economy, we haven't seen the large surges in listings that we normally start to observe in June. We see less homes available and fewer shoppers then normal, but with interest rates remaining extremely low, the San Diego market continues to attract buyers looking for good deals within an incredible location. This summer's market will most likely remain quiet, but there continues to be deals to be had.
