Museum Month: Half-Off Admission
Leap into 45 different museums this February. Presented by Macy’s, this popular event allows participants to enjoy half-off entry fees to 45 San Diego Museum Council membership museums. The savings encourages locals and visitors to explore a variety of arts, culture, and science-oriented destinations. From the Oceanside Museum of Art down to the Tijuana Estuary, there are ample opportunities for “edutainment,” creating memories and fun for the whole family.

February 5 – 8, Farmers Insurance Open 2015
Mark your calendars now, because one of golf’s biggest events of the year, the Farmers Insurance Open, returns to San Diego. This leg of the annual PGA TOUR will take place at the iconic Torrey Pines Golf Course and consist of more than just golf. There will be an Executive Women’s Day, a Post Party Presented by Harrah’s Resort SoCal, and a youth clinic.

February 6, Friday Night Liberty -
A Night of Free Fresh Art
Listen to live Brazilian jazz and samba in the Barracks 17 plaza in collaboration with a new show at La Onda Art Latino gallery. If you want to get crafty, join Expressive Arts Institute and artist June Rubin to create your own valentine for a stranger or a loved one! Artist Adele Richert presents “Windows and Doors” a glimpse into the past with an exhibit of pen and ink drawings of 19th and early 20th century homes in Alameda and Oakland California.

February 7, Mermaid San Diego Run
5K, 10K, Half Marathon
